Welcoming the IN8 Design Team to Ray

We’re pleased to share that Michel Arcand and Don Parker, the duo formerly behind IN8 Design, have joined our team at Ray Inc., marking a new chapter in a long-standing professional relationship built on collaboration, respect, and shared purpose.

Our studios most recently came together through the design of the Cadillac Fairview Management Office inside Toronto’s Toronto-Dominion Centre. The project became a touchstone for both teams, where respect for modernist architecture met the realities of contemporary workplace design.  It was there that our alignment became unmistakable: a shared belief that thoughtful design begins with people, guided by clarity, intention, and integrity.

With more than 40 years of combined experience, Michel and Don bring exceptional expertise in commercial and residential interiors, along with a well-earned reputation for discipline, transparency, and design excellence. Their perspective strengthens Ray’s collaborative approach and deepens the studio’s capacity to deliver spaces that balance performance and beauty.

For Ray this brings a strengthening of talent, perspective, and shared purpose to our team.
