Lionsgate Canada is a leading entertainment production and distribution company based in Toronto and a primary subsidiary of Lionsgate Studios. As many other companies did, Lionsgate reassessed their spatial needs and chose to downsize and relocate to the redeveloped Publishing House in the King West Village, an authentic brick and beam heritage building that offers a unique urban workplace experience which aligned perfectly with Lionsgate’s goal for their new headquarters.
