Before joining Ray, Michel was a principal of IN8 Design for 17 years, Prior to IN8 he worked for some of the larger firms in Canada: Forrest/Bodrug, Atkinson McLeod, Cannon Design, Cecconi Simone, B+H, and Rice Brydone.

During a seven-year hiatus from public practice, as Project Manager, Facilities, for AIM Trimark Investments, Michel was responsible for all renovations, new build-outs and other facilities initiatives nationwide. He understands office design from both sides of the desk.

Michel has been a registered Interior Designer since 1990 and has been the recipient of 19 design awards since then.
